User Agreement

This User Agreement sets out the rules that govern your use of Puzzle Post. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these rules. For a shorter summary, see our Terms of Use.

1. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password secure and do not share your login credentials with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@puzzlepost.nl.

You may only hold one active account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent game limits or leaderboard rules is not permitted.

2. Display names and usernames

Your display name appears on the leaderboard and is visible to other players. You may not use a display name that:

impersonates another person or brand;
contains offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content;
is designed to deceive other players.

We reserve the right to change or remove any display name that violates these rules.

3. Game conduct

Puzzles are intended to be played individually and in good faith. You may not:

use automated tools, bots, or scripts to solve puzzles or submit results;
exploit bugs or unintended behaviour to gain an advantage on the leaderboard;
share puzzle answers publicly before the game resets for the day.

Players who consistently violate these rules may be removed from leaderboards or have their accounts suspended.

4. Content you submit

If the platform allows you to submit names, comments, or other content, you are solely responsible for that content. You must not submit anything that is false, harmful, illegal, or that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates this rule without notice.

5. Data and privacy

How we collect and use your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform you acknowledge that you have read and understood it. You can manage your data from your account page at any time.

6. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate this agreement. In the event of termination, your game history and personal data are deleted within 30 days.

7. Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you on the platform. Continued use after the updated date at the top of this page constitutes acceptance.
