Puzzle Post is a news-driven puzzle platform operated by Puzzle Post B.V. ("we", "us", "our"). We provide daily word puzzles to readers through publisher partners. Access to the platform is free of charge for end users; publishers contract separately.

You may play anonymously or create an account. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@puzzlepost.nl if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering you represent that you meet this age requirement.

News article data used to generate puzzles is sourced from publicly available feeds. Links in puzzles point to the original publisher; article text is not reproduced. See How we use AI for more details.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that puzzle hints will always be accurate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puzzle Post B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after the updated date at the top of this page constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be announced on the platform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
