For questions about your account, a game, or the platform in general, reach out at support@puzzlepost.nl. We aim to respond within two business days.
For publisher enquiries — integration, feed configuration, or licensing — email contact@puzzlepost.nl.
Account & login
- Forgot your password? Email support@puzzlepost.nl with your username or email address and we'll help you reset it.
- Can't log in? Make sure you're using the correct username or email. If you signed up via Google or Microsoft, use the corresponding sign-in button — not the password form.
- Want to delete your account? Go to your account settings and choose "Delete account". All personal data is removed immediately and permanently.
- Change email or display name — both can be updated from your account page.
Game issues
- The puzzle looks wrong or unfair. Contact us with the date, the game name, and what seemed off — we'll investigate and fix it.
- Score not saved. Scores are tied to your session. If you played anonymously, create an account to keep your history across devices.
- Game won't load. Try a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R / Cmd + Shift + R). If the problem persists, email us with your browser and device type.
